they wanna calculate how much ur property worth based on market value la...
ie ur home 200k + reno 100k = 300k ur price valuer will rate 200k + 30-50k = 250k market value so this will affect the value that u can loan/refinance |

it mean the minimum time frame that u need to bond with the particular banks...normally 3-5 years....standard time frame
if u refinance ur property or full settlement within the time frame, u will be penalize |
