I am looking for loan to finance a property.

Property Price : 250k
Property Type : Condo/Freehold/Not Completed
Age : 25 years Old
Annual Income: 36k
MOF : As high as possible
Tenure : If possible 40 Years
Insurance : No MRTA attached

Extra info : Is there any where there is free legal fee? If there is not around how much is the legal fee which may be charge. Flexi/Semi Flexi

Hope someone can give me some advice on the budget of the loan procedure.
