Mortgage for low cost flats

I am looking for best package for my flats. Loan margin will be 70%. Property purchase price range from RM63,000 - RM72,000. I have a few units waiting to get financing.

I am 53 yrs old, wld like to have max tenure to maximise tax advantage.

Age : 25 years Old
Annual Income: 36k
MOF : As high as possible
Tenure : If possible 40 Years
Insurance : No MRTA attached

Extra info : Is there any where there is free legal fee? If there is not around how much is the legal fee which may be charge. Flexi/Semi Flexi

Hope someone can give me some advice on the budget of the loan procedure.

Hi,

Sign two letter offer but by end of the day will only sign either 1 of the loan agreement. It is strongly not advice to do so as some of the bank will charge you for administration fees although by end of the day you didn't sign the loan agreement with lawyer.

Btw, had you successfully got your loan already?

interest is the same lah
but best when got money, dump into the loan account to reduce the years
