You should have a copy of the MRTA policy. You may check from the policy for the insurance company detail.
If not, just try contact RHB to check.

Downpayment: 10%

I wonder all the banks offered same package and interest rate?

Can you PM me the monthly repayment, inclusive of MRTA, breakdown of all fees in the package.

First time purchaser.

Intended loan amount: 80%
Tenure: 30 years

Zero Entry cost
Lowest interest rate.

MLR is somethings new interest calculating from OCBC. You may try it out as their offer is not bad with shorter lock in and lower penalty. But i think it's have to get Zero Entry Cost.

maybank also better....3 years lock in period..but it can be waived with condition: u need to ask the new buyer to get loan from maybank..

maybank offer non zero entry package but it can be capitalised in the loan

1) conventional Loan

2) normal flexi Loan (monthly charge RM10, set up fees RM200, no interest for your current account)

3) Islamic flexi Loan (no need monthly charge RM10, no set up fees RM200, with profit(interest) of 0.3% pa for your current account)

*BLR -1.80 for loan amount RM100k n above
*for loan amount RM300k n above, i have confident to fight for BLR -1.85/-1.90
