Hi,

I'm thinking to purchase a house (almost complete...half year) and want to know the best housing loan package that are available...

Current salary: 3300 (no loan)

Loan Amount: 250K

Loan period: 30 years

Ideal repayment amount: around 1.5 K per month for the first 5 years;
around 3 K per month after first 5 years.

I'm thinking to pay more after first 5 years and shorten the loan period as soon as possible.

Is there any package that suit my need? or should I refinance and shorten the loan period after that?

Another question...BLR - 2% means 5.55-2=3.05% p.a ??

Thank you very much...

i also want to get some offer,
someting like re-finance.

i want:
Loan amt : 240k
Tenure : 30 yrs
Zero Moving Cost
no MRTA. i got PA 250k to cover.
floating rate ONLY

Now trying with same bank PBB (agreed to waive 3% penalty) and verbally i get blr - 1.8% + Non ZMC.

i am buying over 50% of my house. So i will redo everything from S&P til transfer title etc.

Morale of the story. Do Not buy a house with your BF/GF. Unless registered. learned my lesson.

Your min commitment for currently is RM1006 if you take loan from OCBC. However, you can consider fixed rate which is RM1340 per month. As your job is commission based job it is advisable for you to take fixed rate and you only need to take out certain amount of money every month to pay housing loan. If you take BLR rate you need to put some money set aside and your commitment will be higher when BLR increases.

I hope I already help you answer your question.

Welcome you to contact me for further enquiry.

TO bankers/home loan officers,

I am looking for a new loan for a residential property purchase.

Purchase price: Rm740k
Intended loan amount: 90%
Tenure: 30 years
NO MRTA/MLTA

Want:
Zero Entry cost
Lowest interest rate you can provide

Preferable:
Flexi-loan

Current income will qualify for amount needed.

As benchmark, UOB offers ne non-ZEC at BLR - 1.8%, full flexi. PM me ONLY if you or your bank can offer me better than that.

Thank you,
minolta

Why not getting yourself a Fixed Rate Home Loan? No more worry on BLR fluctuates.

Hurry! The promotion for the fixed rate home loan (the lowest in the market) will be ended on 30 December 2009. Apply before the interest rate goes up!

For details, please send your enquiry to cheahyang_0@hotmail.com or visit http://gavin-lim.webs.com/homeloanmlta.htm

I can offer 30 year tenure with MRTA, financed entry cost.

As for personal loan, it can't be packaged with the housing loan. Perhaps some friendly personal loan bankers could lend a helping hand?

Anyway, pm-ed. Checked ur inbox =)

i bought a landed freehold property in KL Valley recently. Here are the info:-

a) Property Value - RM1.4 million
b) under construction, will be completed after 3 years from now, G&G landed under strata title
c) developer - Tan&Tan

what i need is 90% financing, MRTA waived, as i am investor, i will sell after VP obtained, so if possible the lock-in penalty waived or minimised the % of penalty. I am now shopping for the best rate. I dont mind to pay for legal fees if the interest rate is good. Some bank offer progressive interest to be financed also.

As the developer do not tie up with any Banks offering loan package, so we as a buyer is required to source for our own bankers. So pls send me private message and leave me your contact and the propose interest rate. Thanks
