Actually this voice actors have it pretty easy. Rockstar generally search for the most unknown voice in the world and ask them read couple hundred lines and bada bing bada boom 100k$.

Oh yeah, "Roman" actually was pretending in that one. It was just an act. He said so in a radio interview.
