Any investment house/broker like RHBInvest, Hle, OSK, Maybank, etc..Currently, no cost for registration. FOC. Just need to deposit minimum RM1K to start trading.
But first, do learn trading techniques first before start trading. Market is like big of ocean, without any skills you can't survived.
