eh my wira, carbie...i off the engine then press the oil paddle few times then i cant start my engine...damn hard to start...is this normal?

mine bocor already... got crack on top can i roughly know the price? coz got 1 shop my father always go... i think his service is damn expansive -.- it's better to 'tampal' or change a new one? |
