Just back from watching avatar
My take
- it is an enjoyable movie but don't expect much
- pretty much can guess what's gonna happened next
- a bit long 2 1/2 hour (felt a bit stretch at times)
- CGI is excellent. You'll feel like u r watching a living breathing pandora
- Sam Worthington (the lead) doesnt has that charisma or that likeable
- Michelle Rodriguez is typically cast on her normal role
No major fault with this movie. Watch it if just for the special effects alone
Also the PQ should be great in Blu Ray

Yep, the picture quality should be great in Blu-Ray. (watch the trailer only)
That's make think whether it's worth watching in cinema. Heavy CGI movie seems not that enjoyable to be watch in cinema.
The bold part; if that what you saying, it's like watching Transformers.
Anyway, will be going to watch it; both cinema & blu-ray.
Thanks for the review!
