Avatar Way of the Water (2022)

13 years ladies and gentlemen.

We waited 13 years for this.

Is it worth the wait?

In a word, YES!

Go watch it.

You know you want to.

Imax 3D is the best if you're comfortable with wearing its glasses for 3 hour straight. Otherwise any big screen 2d is good enough.

Its like roller coaster laugh.gif

You need 2 feel 2 believe rclxms.gif

My 4DX for this year was top gun maverick emergency declaration (k movie) and 2 marvels (ds2 and bp2)

So happen the 1st 2 movie was set in the aerial space so the 4DX kick is very justified brows.gif icon_idea.gif

IDK, last time watching 3D movies you'll get eyes fatigue after a while, I'll need to take a few seconds break, massage my eyes a bit before continuing
but this... I've no problem watching it for straight 3 hours++, the 3D it just felt so natural
Avatar 1 was the first and only best 3D movies I've ever watched, and now Avatar 2 took the throne

I think for 3D IMAX, they increased the frame rate to 48fps, so it feels natural in 3D

Haha same here

My eyes get wet when i stare 2 long last time

I think for 3D no other movies are worth 4 the 3D

Even Marvel best also not worth paying a lot 4 the 3D

Which GSC were you going? was it DA Big or ON DA?

Glad you were enjoying.

I plan to go for DA Big & ON DA to watch and compare the differences.

If possible, go to Mid Valley GSC ONYX Hall 11 for 3D - image is brighter and half the price of IMAX.

Its been awhile since visited cinema, thinking to go for Avatar, all these 3D and 4dx raised my curiosity as well!!! hahaha

Googled and found there are multiple type of cinema experience, kinda confusing. I dont mind giving a shot at Getha, but from my reading its just the seating comfort is good but the screen is still a standard cinema and not 3D or better screen like OLED or IMAX, so dont find it worth it, for Avatar

whats the difference between 4dx vs D-Box?

DO share your experience, pls. Thx
