actually, to those think that exercise can get rid of manboobs, there are 3 types of Gyno.

1) fat people (pseudogyno/false gyno)
2) once boy reach puberty one
3) steroids use

the number one can try get rid of it, by exercise. no 2 is norm, almost all boy who reach puberty get this, me also, but it will go away after that.
no 3.......have to go surgery, if they're not careful enough, like the pics i provided.


oh to those guy who want to avoid chicken, yes, they've been injected with estrogen to promote rapid growth, but what you want to eat?
would you be surprise if i say cows also got injected? its steroid named Trenbolone.

The entire package was ruined because of that moobs. By the way, I’m sure there are workouts that can be put to practice to reduce/lessen the moobs, if not entirely eliminating it once and for all. I’d google for it but the high-end words used in the respective websites only make me want to post that question in here. If there is already a thread on workouts that tackles moobs, please point me in the right direction. If not, can you guys suggest any workouts that can be used to tackle this issue? Thanks, guys.

in amerika and over 9000 USD. They're expensive because the surgeon has to be specially trained for this. Not covered by insurance as it's considered as an elective surgery.

lol, 5 days ago i when swimming and in the toilet.
I saw this guy in swimming trunk.

he was like 80-85kg of fat( can see tummy),

but wat caught my eyes is when i was washin my hand, i saw him washing his hand.

And his boobs was like sharp point, like a cone, just like a woman breast!
I would get an erection if i didnt see he was a male :facepalM:
