tis is freaking frightening ... hope nth wil happen to my ps3 anytime until the next update from Soli, i mean Sony ...
last nite when updating tru thumbdrive, i was shaking .... guys wil anything happen later altho 2.4 works fine to me now?

the NTFS formatting of the hard disk was the root of the cause. it has to be formatted using DOS not NTFS. after my dad suggested formatting using DOS it worked again!
