its a good move (or rather, its the least they can do) seeing as how backwards compatibility is an issue with the PS3... problem is, we're going to have to pay for the games even though some of us may already own the particular game...

if i download from pc, then use USB and send to PS3, will the download be faster when downloading using PC?

pc is way faster! ps3 is only 30%, and pc is already double that at 60%!!! summore i starter the pc download like 30 mins after the ps3 download...

my PS3 is Asian PS3, but PSN account is US account... so do I download the US update or Asian update?

Yup, I agree... The In-Game XMB is very slow...

I got an error! I hope it has nothing to do with V2.40... I tried veiwing peoples profile cards, and i got 'An error has occured (FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF)'... then i wanted to play Kane & Lynch, and there was a new patch for the game, so I had to download before being able to play... I left the PS3, came back to check, and it was 40%... then came back again after a while, and the same message appeared! 'An error has occured (FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF)'...

I hope this isn't involving the 2.40 update... Scared la... Not gona touch the PS3 until Sony releases a fix, then I will straight away download that...

ps3 sucks la... i am going to buy xbox 360...

oh... i'm going aussie also... planning to take my ps3... afterall, no one in my household uses it... only me, and my cousins when they come over... so im planning to take it with me... but i cannot buy Blu-Ray movies there, coz different region...

I'm taking a second attempt and downloading the Kane & Lynch patch... Cross your fingers, hope there are no problems!
