Wohoo, just joined the club ! Got my 40GB set earlier today. Spent about 30 mins on MGS4, dying 3 times at the beginning of Act 1 ! Damn, need to get used to the controllers after years of keyboard + mouse usage. Woohoo !

Any pros/cons of putting your ps3 either horizontally or vertically ? Currently I have mine set up vertically. Thanks.

well still it's a fun game though...

Gonna try lapaq's advise in the PSN card thread and try registering again at the US store...all those $4.99 games are making my fingers itchy....ahahahaha

I have neither of those games (Grid / BC), only MGS4 and SC4. Both are ok and haven't hung so far.
All the demos and full vber of star strike hd work well too.

Err, regarding star strike HD, is the game really that hard or do i suck very very badly ? I can't even finish the 1st Planet. Avg is reaching phase 4, only once did I reach phase 5 only to be pwned by the big boss ship thing. Any tips ?

Not sure if it's posted before but there are 2 "Summer Trailers" for MGS4 dated 19th August 2008 on the SG PSN. It's in Jap but still cool nonetheless.

Caved in and bought The Last Guy from the SG store today morning. Great game! Even downloaded the addictive theme song for my phone...ehehhe...

Wow, even Star Strike HD (Asian ver of Super Stardust) is patched now. Just got 2 trophies. I guess Sony MY or HK is getting things up to speed considering the official release on the 20th. Let the good times roll I say !
