I'm in an invesment house mainly dealing with property borkerage for foreigners and locals looking to invest in property in the KLCC area.

I just wanna ask whether anyone has any ideas on who I can approach or where I can go to look for/rent/buy database's of people that would be interested in such property...

As everyone knows, property in the KLCC area is very big price tag, so just any database wont do...need that specific market..

Any ideas ?

Have you considered asking from any of the Real Estate agencies for that area?

Also, you can setup a website and that enables your targeted visitors to sign up through your website to receive information/updates. That way you can build your own list of database.

And then you can promote your site via newspaper ads, brochures, web ads, etc etc.

Just my 2cents.
