I've got a problem totally getting over my ex of 3 years...I would say I started NC since September 2015, but somehow i'm afraid of seeing her and if I hear the name or see the picture of the guy she kinda left me for my heart sinks. I really just want to get over it...and stop feeling this way.

Trying to get over a friend, but I don't want to cut contact because I like hanging out with my group of friends, any advice?

So I don't think I can be around the gal I like sooner or later, but we have the same group of friends. How should I go around, hanging out with them but not with her? I was planning to just tell the truth to all of them, and see how that works out, prolly not separate her from her friends, just to continue letting me do stuff together with them that doesn't involve her like rock climbing and maybe some gaming, but anything else doesn't matter.
