Useful tips... Not easy to practise... been telling myself to let go for the past 2 weeks already.. although I'm d one who said breakup but somethings are just not easy to let go... all the memories, all the time we have spent together... ppl say time will heal but we wont know how long it will take.. just have to try n keep urself bz... but end of the day when ur back home, loneliness starts to creep in... haiz....
