Form 17 to 19 JUN, torrent only running at nice speed for like a total of 2 hours from 3 days and currently..doing 2 downloads with total speed of 7.0kB/s with booth torrent having seeder more than 1k

morning bukak pc connect vpn and on torrent. First 3 minutes or 5 torrent was flying at the speed of 60 kB/s for download. After that.......down to 10 kb/s till now. Surfing seems to be fine...jeng jeng jeng...vpn pun sudah boleh kena throttle kah?
