Alright finally the technician came yesterday. Best part 3 people came to test my line. Guess 3 techy = 1 brain. This time they brought a laptop and were doing tests. They said i live so close to the DSLAM. Like 300metres or nearer. My SNR margin was like 40 and Line Att was 17. So they said that part of the test i passed . I already know i will pass because i checked it myself .

Then they ping www.google.com, www.tm.net.my, www.jaring.my. They said ping around 20+ms for those 2 local sites and google around 150ms.

They checked my connection speed and said around 860+ to 900. So they said i pass that to.

All these tests i already done prior to these fools showing up. Then they said to me i have passed the physical. So in their piece of paper they marked restoration complete.

When finish they asked me what is the problem? I said you came very good timing. When i wrote my report what did i say i told them. He said he doesn't remember. I put in report like more than 5 reports connection is bad after 2pm till 2am and better around 3am till 2pm next day. I said now what time 11am. I told them IP addresses i get are shit because so many don't work. I asked him why is it my DSLAM port full he said yeah this area marked as student area many people subscribe.

I told him is it my fault your company over subscribe and cannot handle the volume of data passing through it's hardware now. They blink at me and say that's usually what TM does. I am about to them at this point. I told them go to my DSLAM and change port so i might get different IP ranges. He told me that is handled by some other IP sourcing company forgot the name so he cannot release more addresses must tell them. I told him go tell them release more IP for me or upgrade your hardware. He just nod head .

I also forgot he whisper to his friend during the check that it might be my modem problem. I heard them whisper i told them i have 3 comp with 3 different modems and another wireless and all is fine. So he shut the hell up. Finally ask them to browse certain sites i told him you see how slow international lines are he like hmm i'll put it in my report.

Best part my DSL light today was fading out and in. I was like wtf is happening and i check SNR margin i cannot even enter the page. Godly . So i switch the modem off and on and bam my SNR is 27 i was like how the f*** this happen. It always stable 34 before with their modem 40. Now my SNR margin i check so many times today fluctuates from 27 - 31. I am about to phone TM and F screw em and tell them change the port by tomorrow. Idiots mess around the port and F it up also only difference is they fixed my Upstream SNR from 8 to 26.

I am now off to phone 100 and find out the status of my report and also get my SNR margin fixed by tomorrow or Monday because Sunday techy are banging their telephone poles .
