where can i find budget hotel in sg (preferly less than 100 bucks a night ) in singapore? i am planning to visit singapore in early march 2010. really need feedback from you guys

if possible the hotel location is not too far from esplanade Singapore.

how far geylang to esplande? is it easy to get public transport from geylang to esplande? any bus at night?
