Hi all.. need an urgent help~, im planning to stay with NSS hotel tis december, but my flight arriving at SG at 530pm.. and the check in time is 3pm.. i wanna ask... can i check in later from the appointed time? Thanks a lot

Hi~
Im going to singapore this christmas, will be taking plane there.. may i know which transportation is the most suitable to take from Changi Airport to Orchard road? MRT? Need to reach orchard very fast coz i hope to able to see the countdown on 24th midnite coz my flight will be reaching around 10pm. Any Singaporean mind helping?
