I will be going sg on 15 sep for 3d2n. Still thinking either by car or bus. 4 adult and 1 kid. Planing to go USS but dont think is worth because all the adult dont ride roller coster. So i think it will be waste. Pls recomend me some place for kid. Like night safari and zoo?? Ill be staying at my friend house in geylang. Drive will be tired for my husband, after all we will park our car at fren hse and take public transport. So do u think we go by bus better?? Thxxx

bro...sentosa island is expensive...why stay in sentosa..stay in mainland sg...there are many backpacker hostels..very cheap ard rm60-70 per nite include bfast and pc with internet whole day...u can take bus or train to sentosa island i.e USS...sg transport is efficent and price reasonable..

i wanna ask, does singapore has any prepaid 3g internet to buy for malaysian? wanna get a phone line and internet for the few days at there..

i plan to go to singapore with my friends , and i do want to come out with the plan so that we know our budget and get everything booked and have a fun and smooth trip. . . . but i never been to singapore before ( only day trip to sentosa island following my sch), but they asked me to plan it T.T (cry)
so hope there is anyone that can answer my question ... hehe
Q1 (LOL), We fly to senai airport, JB and arrived around 12noon, we should stay in jb or directly go to sg first because the hotel rent is high there, we plan to play at SG for 2 days covering sentosa island or just sentosa island, and we wanted to find some cheap accommodation? any opinion of good and cheap accommodation and also easy transportation ?
Q2, is there any buses travel from senai to sg? and which part of sg the bus landed and how i can go to the sentosa island through there?

mayb u can stay at jb for the night...u may opt to stay in budget hotel in sg namely hotel81, etc..however its better if u booked through booking.com or agoda.com...its better cos itwill be cheaper than the published rate...

eh...please la dont expect ppl spoon feed u...from senai no sure but if u wan go sentosa normally ppl will go larkin from senai and to singapore island from larkin...from singapore, if i not wrong there's a direct bus to sentosa...however u might want to check in to ur hotel to leave ur luggage there unless u have high budget and wanna stay at sentosa...rdy sgd300 a night if u plan to stay at sentosa...

one more thing..u may want to check resortsentosa website for any current promotion..likewise in my case, i booked a sgd60 uss ticket+museum....but i m residing at here..

one day is sufficient for sentosa dude....another day u may go bugis junction,orchard or marina..or gardens by the bay which is the latest attraction...

thanks you sky_Q, if you dont mind can you pointed out which part of my sentence made you feel so, because all my friends telling me that i having that badhabbits and i really want to overcome it.. lolx , it's kinda off-topic.. so , er, because one thing that worried me is the transportation part, because we've to stay in some budget hotel and i think the location won't be so convenient to travel to those " must go " places and we are in a large group approximately 8-12 peoples, so public transportation is our first choice.. i'm still planning the trip and i'll pm you if i got some serious question .. Truely thanks for your help!

Dear all, i appreciate if you put some suggestion to me for some itinerary. I will go to SG on 22 Sept 2012 - 25 Sept 2012.. I have booking US ticket and plan to go there on Monday. But other days on sat, sunday and tuesday, i still thinking the itinerary.

1st day..will arrive sg at 11am,check into hostel. Proceed to USS theme park n Sg skyride and luge.

2nd day..will explore marina bay sands and casino..

3rd day...geylang


so anything else i missing?

Any hotels allows under 18 staying? Would like to go there for a few days after finishing my spm this year.
