Some are not as fortunate as you to have good language skills or have the opportunity to have good English teachers.

Everyone is different. Some are good at certain things like Maths, Science and also language skills. Perhaps it is the way how the individual's brain is wired. Or his/her surroundings (nurture).

Then why don't you consider those that you deem to have "failed" as individuals instead of associating them from your entire race?

Heh-heh. I think I been there before. I understand the frustration.

I have seen some of my own race that often see themselves as victims. They suffer from siege mentality. Wherever they look, they think others are out to get them.

It makes me question myself a bit if I am oblivious of what is going around me.
