PS: wana ask can this version play pirate games? Is it modded?

I know i am asking a lot but pls b patient with me.......... i have seen the PSP2000 bundle and wondering what's the different between them since they are almost the same. The price tag is higher as well.........is it really true that PSP 2000 would b much better than psp3000 in term of hackability to play pirate games and some battery issues?.............. hope to hear from u soon............I have keen interest to purchase from u.
