what firmware r u trying to restore? If not mistaken, error 1015 occur when u restore from a higher firmware to lower firmware like last time downgrade from 1.1.2 to 1.1.1. Error 1015 means the baseband can't be flash.

yes, finally i figure out what problem.

it's baseband problem as what frozzbyte said.

here's the solution:
i used baseband eraser to erase baseband to empty.
you can find the baeband eraser in installer.
then restore 1.1.4 ( or your default firmware)
then use ziphone to unlock again
firmware 1.1.4 contain suitable baseband for it.

the iphone will identify it as correct firmware and able to restore or unlock like normal.
