However, I would like to again remind you friendly, don't carry the burden all by yourself. It's both hard to you and to us, the buyers. I'm still waiting for the explanation on the bulk which you promised to let us know. IF it's anything like for instance, your fault, don't hesitate to tell us. This is not the time to keep it all to yourself and suffer in solitude. Whether it's your fault, your supplier's fault, or the shipping company's fault, please let us know. So we can all sort this out together. My impression is that you got into some huge trouble and telling us would cause unnecessary panic and commotion. Trust us.
