One of my spy has been caught, but why can't I train another one?

Do I have to wait for the caught spy to be executed, then only can train ar?

Just a quick questionnaire to clear all confusion ya hehe...

I have a level 3 port and 10 Batalia sitting at home. Someone comes to attack me. Consider the following situations...

1) I destroy my port before they arrive. Will they auto turn back ONCE they arrive? Yes or No?

2) I destroy my port before they arrive. Can they still loot my resources? Yes or No?

3) I destroy my port before the sea battle ends. Can I still prevent them from looting my resources? Yes or No?

4) I destroy my port before the land battle ends. Can I still prevent them from looting my resources? Yes or No?

5) I destroy my port after the battle is lost but they the amount of loot is still not shown yet. Can I still prevent them from looting my resources? Yes or No?

6) Last question ^^ I destroy my port before they arrive. Will a sea battle still happen if both of us have battle ships present?

So if I don't destroy the port, the amount lootable shown in my warehouse is the amount they can take?

But if I destroy the port, the max they can take from each resource is 60 only, right?
