Without criticizing, impossible for some people to improve.

i would rather donate to Africa... Coz China is a big country, and only a certain part got hit... so theres support... But Africa, its a big country yes, but the WHOLE country is suffering...
I am not saying that I wouldn't donate... But there are others who suffer alot more, and have been suffering for alot longer... |
