this is why is not easy to be a seller and as for me i always do my 100% to my customer , just like bro noname i come to his place to cod with him
do u know from my place i need to drive to usj then i took the bus to subang parade it cost me RM 2 (1 trip) then i have to take the bus from subang parade to kelana lrt station another RM 2(1 trip) sometime i arrange more than 3 or 4 cod so that i can drive .
@ bro hocksoo
agree with u but again some customer promise to bank in but end up no bank in and you will not know either he want it or not also sometime the closing for po is very fast so i need to decide too . this is why i never ask for deposit easy for me to po .i have start asking deposit for the few new order
@ bro sickrider00
fully agree
i always get complaint from my customer saying this seller is no good this and that therefore i get this data and create someting that suit to everyone as a result i give this so call special deal to my customer because i really trust them . i really want my customer to feel different when compare me with others , i want them to feel secure , friendly , feel comfortable to deal with .
i really don't know what buyer is seek for nowadys either super cheap or what . if for me i will seek for a seller who are friendly , secure and of course the price will be reasonable. even if some items is expensive like RM 5 with others i will still buy wth that seller
money can buy everything but i'm pretty sure it cannot buy friendship, yup you guys may said HLJ or amiami offer u a good price but will they listen to u when you have problem paying them? will they keep yr item till you have money (1 years after), will they be very friendly to you like sit down and chat with you all ? or will they give u special discount ? will they buy u b'dat present? or will they wish you happy b'day ?
to me meeting u guy or meet new friend are great , for exampole bro anno when he know i buy ps 3 he is the first one who offer me his game and this friendship money cannot buy ,the most important thing is the touching feeling this again money cannot buy . i'm so touch by him . like bro strikz when he knew that i facing problem he willing to bank in and collect his items later so that i have cash to roll .
bro bear he knew my problem he willng to help me with his great advice , even he want to be my partner even he know i have lot of bad debt.
honestly i really touch
during this 2 years i really happy because i meet alot of great and fantastic friend and this money cannot buy .
In the past, Yam and I often contacted each other to discuss our problem in selling and tried to advise each other on how to solve or improve our service. I also had been supporting him by promoting his service in Kamen Rider thread, if any of you even noticed that...
But after a while, I gave up. It's not worth my breath to even try to advise Yam anymore... he think himself so graciously in the way he serve his "friends" but never think of the consequences to other "friends"...
Yam. Today, in front of your crowd here and as a fellow seller in the same line, I WILL THROW YOU A BIG SLAP... Hope you wake up or else you can just give up graciously before tarnishing the toy industry.
FYI, we, here in Singapore, already had 1 seller who disappointed so many toy collectors. Not only he's not able to secure items that people want, but he ran away with customer's deposit... I don't want to have another seller to end up in sad case... Maybe most of you guys won't realize the impact to the whole toy industry. Now toy community may lose some of its crowd because some just gave up this hobby because of untrustworthy seller... Do you guys know how hard it is to turn one into a toy collector???
Enough saying, now I shall proceed to my main points:
"FRIEND IS FRIEND... BUSINESS IS BUSINESS..."I have told you this so many times... You can't mix these two elements into one... If you want to run this business like friend to friend, please do not complain that you don't earn much... Please do not complain that you have to spend this much and that much to travel to meet 1 customer... Please do not complain that your customer never appreciate your effort... They're your friends, right? Why do you even bother so much about earning from your "friends"?
After treated your "friend" so well, have you asked yourself this question: "Do all of your "friends" really appreciate what you have been doing and treat you like a friend?"
Of course, you have rights to provide all those friendly service to your "friends"... You shall continue with that... I applaud you for having time and effort to entertain your "friends" with such a high degree of customer service, even with full-time job you have now...
Somewhere, Somehow, there got to be a line drawn in business, before your "friends" overstep your head and your business starts to fail... Your "friends" need to respect you as a seller, need to understand your need of cash to support this business... How many percent of your friends who actually understand you and willing to help you???
In my e-mail, I have suggested you to take deposit from your "friends" to prevent any FFK... did you even listen to my suggestion? Anyway, I don't really care much, if you don't... It's you who suffer, not me...
But now things turn bad, you start blaming your "friends" for FFK-ing you? Shouldn't you look at the mirror and try to understand how did it happen at the first place? If you have deposit with you, do you think they'll run away? How many times do I need to tell you to serve "friends" you think worth serving?
As a result, now you said supplier cut down your order and served you second warning... Why? Is it because you cannot pay for the stocks? How about the 20k stock that you kept mentioning since last year? I have asked you in my e-mail to list down the items, so I can try to help you clear some of your dead stocks... You never bothered with that and switched topic.... Is that 20k dead stocks actually real? Now a lot of your "friends" have been asking to list down in this thread, you still never bothered to answer them.... I think you can't blame me if I think that's just a lame excuse, so people can pity you.
You know how inconvenience all these things have caused to your other "friends" who have been supporting you all this long? You dare to risk the whole business with your super mighty business model? Now, your "friends" want to collect their items but you can't give them? WHOSE FAULT? It's yours, buddy~! It's yours....
O man, you said that I only care about money, but not friendship with customers.... I wish I can, but it's harsh reality... If I listen to you, I may end up like you now...
I want to do business where people can rely on me with no doubt... Stock come in time, price is reasonable... I have to do whatever necessary to make sure I can achieve that... I don't give a damn shit even if my close friend never pay his items... I earned few bucks from him, yet I have to chase him for that money??? Sorry, that's just wrong... If it's for the survival of the business, I rather give up this 1% for 99%...
Enough of my rant here... I know some of you guys may call me *******, after reading this post...
I dare to write this post, only because I care and I want Yam to survive his business and he should start to reflect himself to change the way he run business by drawing a straight line with his customers...
Losing Yam in the industry will draw away many passionate toy collectors from this hobby... It will bring more harm than benefit to the whole toy industry...
@Yam: If you really can't manage it, please give it up graciously before things turn into shit like the one here...
