I have a question. Does any1 ever try using different region xb market point reload card on Asia region?

I m planning to get a us version, I want use it on asia region.

You can't use a US reload card on an Asian account. Well, at least not before the rumoured update, with certain workarounds.

I had this experience once long ago. My bro went to States so i kirim him Microsoft Point and LIVE 12 month subscription pre-paid card. To my disappointment and surprise the 12 months LIVE card is region coded. But the Microsoft Point is not. So I am confident that you can use Microsoft Point card purchase from anywhere as long as its not the LIVE pre-paid card.

But on the other hand, this was back in 2006 and i dont know if they already change to rules of pre-paid region coded. But i am sure there's no region coded on microsoft point card..
