for pvp hunter i guess AP is most important as crit doesnt really helps with those whose on resiilent gear.
for feral drood imho just do a frozen trap the slow him and kite and scatter shot or fear beast (now instant cast) when u get charged and stay way from distance.
for moonkin just use aspect of the nature and do a dps race! no aimshot though

they change it in the last patch, arent they? maybe i am wrong
