1) Depends, I normally see the distance of the enemy and consider GC before I decide. But I normally don't.
2) You can't really do anything unless you can predict the bear will charge. By then, lay a trap first. If it does charge you, wingclip, trinket out and continue kiting.
3) PVP hunters will go for crit as MM.
4) Only to other hunters who has track humanoid on.

Don't follow how other people play and try to suit their style. I have seen hunters who are BM/MM/Surv and still able to pwn. Play with your style smile.gif

pvp hunters still go for ap/agi /sigh

or more accurately, just stam whore to scale survivalist talent.

and some even go int for mana pool.

1.im talking about level 70 duel/arena
2.no around 5-6k(spam vipersting)
3.just try to mana burn the mana of spriest and make shure you spam arcane shot to take away the shield from the priest, if your fighting a warlock i assuming it's sl/sl make shure you take down his/her pet asap and let your pet stay on the lock, once pet down dps the lock
*
2) tell that to non feral druids, and even on level 50ish, ur viper sting sucks anyways. and whos to say the druid wont abolish/cure poison it?
3) health funnel life drain, if somehow pet still die, fel domination. you lose.

2. every time the druid breaks form to cure poision and gets back into form you mana will be consumed so its a win for you and if your fightig non feral droods make shure to keep aimshot up, for oomkin on the other hand i have never lost to them hell just drop a snake trap near oomkins and resto
3.further research needs to be done on my side as every  sl/sl lock i fight normaly just let their pet die and then try to kill mine
*
2.
- because the feral druid have to always cure his viper sting that doesnt drain anything while chewing your limbs off
- and non-feral druids will stand still and not bother to go out of range, line of sight, melee range to prevent your aimshot, or even cycloning you, heal, or charge up a starfire -> moonfire combo. good luck aim shotting
- oomkins obviously dont have to bother bout snakes when they have abolish to remove slow cast and once thats off, cyclone > SF > MF > wrath machine guns nuke would tear you apart. and lets not forget, you have to deal with plate armor, he doesnt. hell, just moonfire spamming could potentially kill you already.

3.
if the sl/sl lock is killing your pet instead of you, then the sl/sl lock is terribad, and no further discussions are needed.

2. Or for non-feral droods.. hunter can get a scorpid.. DoTs and Viper ftw! Well it works for most spell casters. Getting thru stacks of poison to get rid of viper makes things easier. Granted there're possibility of curing it on first shot, you still have stacks of DoTs to worry about wink.gif
P.S. anyone notice that pet aggro got funky after 2.4?  Barely hold it even on auto-shot.. sigh. Poor boars.

scorpid dot dmg is nothing towards high resil peeps. its ONLY purpose is to shield viper, and druid abolish buff AND manual cleanse will make quick work outta any sorta poison. how else rogues kept gettin druid owned even with wound 5 stack and crippling and they still kite/tank rogues around in human form unless stunlocks are applied.

for pvp hunter i guess AP is most important as crit doesnt really helps with those whose on resiilent gear.
for feral drood imho just do a frozen trap the slow him and kite and scatter shot or fear beast (now instant cast) when u get charged and stay way from distance.
for moonkin just use aspect of the nature and do a dps race! no aimshot though biggrin.gif

its not instant cast doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

Actually, i find snake trap is more effective vs druids.

it is, cuz it at least give em trouble burning GCD to get poisons off and dealing some minor dmg while frost trap cost like 2-3 GCD in shifting forms in the event of root proc, otherwise just 1 GCD bearform tank it and thats ALL provided feral charge isnt up.
