1) Depends, I normally see the distance of the enemy and consider GC before I decide. But I normally don't.
2) You can't really do anything unless you can predict the bear will charge. By then, lay a trap first. If it does charge you, wingclip, trinket out and continue kiting.
3) PVP hunters will go for crit as MM.
4) Only to other hunters who has track humanoid on.

Don't follow how other people play and try to suit their style. I have seen hunters who are BM/MM/Surv and still able to pwn. Play with your style
