You should take more protein for breakfast. Your body is craving for aminos after long hours of fasting (sleep).
Should add a protein meal to your tea break.
Too much carbs on dinner.
Based on your current bodyfat levels, you should limit your carbs intake.
You must bulk the right way, not the fat way.
