Renew passport through machine, Where is it?

I heard that you can now renew your passport by just dropping your old passport at a machine, insert your photo and the money to the machine and then collect it the next day.
Anywhere know where to do this? |

hm nobody knows about this? My fren told me is at one of the buildings nearby HELP uni, but i just need some confirmation
