Hey Baronic,

After installing the ActiveSync software I proceeded to plug the cable with my pda into the computer and the computer detects the pda but when the software tries to sync with the pda it is unable to do so. U are prompted to do a diagnostic and everything appears ok. Just simply cannot detect. I searched the forum and found one suggestion to reinstall software and turn off all antivirus and firewall and do soft reset on pda, but still cannot.

Do you think Microsoft's firewall is the problem because that's the only one I forgot to off, but my desktop was ok without me turning off anything? Anyway still trying to feel my way through it all. True noob in every sense  rclxub.gif

Can someone suggest a good chinese language software I can use. The one from Asus cd did not work. Regarding installation of new software, do you click to install onto pc and then sync to pda afterwards? What's the proper steps to take? So desperate I already pm PrinceCaspien....in a hurry to put more things into my pda but have no idea how  icon_question.gif

Regards.

300 cheaper, if less than 3 months old, it is worth it. check warranty status online or call the distributor (on the sticker).
