today went to isetan...saw the pack with 3 hotwheels still available at 50% discounts...
saw the pack with blue ENZO and the other pack with FXX...

Quite interesting to see so many "Active" hobbyist/collectors of diecast models...particularly HotWheels & Tomica...

BTW, I am quite curious on the age group of the collectors of these diecast (hotwheels, matchbox, tomica...)

I guess the youngest age should be at least 20+ (in oder to have the financial capability....$$$) to get into this hobby

A) Below 21
B) 21 - 25
C) 26 - 30
D) 31 - 35
E) Above 35

I'm category B. Yalah, to have a hobby like this need some lubang where money comes in. But compared to Transformers, HW and Tomica is really cheap The only problem is finding those really nice ones

hot wheels marketing and distribution = epic fail. Don't they even know what type of cars will sell and what will warm the shelfs? don't they know those fellali and real life cars will be kena snapped up like hell. Granted T-hunts are chase figures and hence the limited quantity, but you go everywhere berlambak gila those hot rods and some ugly muscle cars and tractors. In fact one time i remember long time ago got so many of those toilet seat car

for Tomica, our local distributer = another epic fail.

u be surprise on how many collector are below age 21.. alot of collector goes heavy buying when in college or start working. some super heavy collector that buy everyhting also..

at gathering must happy happy ma.. if not i will loose my appetite to haul HW..

maybe will consider the lotus esprit. but i believe C4 MV still got cos last time i saw berlambak

next month i think wanna buy cabinet for my HW and other die cast collection from IKEA. now im in dillema whether to rape my carded collection and put it into the cabinet or ask furniture shop to make a cabinet for carded HW just like what wacko joy posted just a few days back..

I only keep them carded if I have extra.. Now all on display
