well i only display my most desire model.. the DD.. in loose.. xtra carded to keep in boxes. other loose will be in boxes as well for me to take out once a while to look and admire.. cause cars cannot get dirty and scratches too much. other cars that cannot find in loose form or "not much like" will be in carded and keep in boxes.

when i mean "not much like" is when a NEW MODEL is out.. u see it like not so nice, but wanna complete series so u buy it. or the design not so nice u wanna buy n keep to see if u will like it in the future.. or u wanna try to see if future release of a same cars would be nicer then u have the older cars to show its evolusion.. banyak reason actually..

there will be TOO MANY CARS to display / show case , so u really need to plan right now on what n how to do it.

1. u need to decide what to display.. by model, by series or just fav cars.. after that
2. u need to know how many r u going to display. 10, 20, 50, 100 and so on.. after that
3. u will know to rape or not to rape... if more then rape la cause will take too much spacing.. if little then carded lo.
4. in the end u will decide what type of display / cabinet to use for yur display base on quantity and space.
5. made sure you allocate for future xpansion as well.

if spacing is an issue then have to go back again step 1 n work it out.

that is what i did for my collections, by model, 20-30pcs, rape kau kau.. on display rack. off course have to plan for future xpansion .. i xpecting to add few more pcs by year end..

that me la.. other ppl, diff methods..

Oh, I saw plenty of short cards there, but not much nice model. One that I dunno should buy or not is the first edition pontiac gto.

I'm new in collecting this hotwheel stuff and got influence by you guys here 

Just a question. I also happen to be in isetan for their sale and grab those hotwheels 3 pack which is selling at 50% discount at 24.90, but I also see the same cars which is selling as individual packs. So which one is more valuable?

Any reason why hotwheels sell them as individual and also sell them in pack of 3 at the same time?

Btw this is my 1st post and thanks to you guys, I now have to allocate some money for those hotwheel cars every month

Anyway I just bought my 3 in 1 pack and the first thing I do when back home is that I carefully peel off those price tag.

But I see most of you guys here just leave the price tag alone.

Why don't you guys peel off those price tags? Too lazy izzit? 

I peel the whole card off and display them on my shelf immediately after home 

I did peel off the price tag and everything seems fine. The pic on the box is sill in one piece...but of course some gam did left behind the box.

Gosh I just hope this won't affect the value in the long run.
