Yesterday i was at Lcct and found out that their chocolate is not as cheap as many tourist think. Me too doesnt know how much about their imported chocolate price are lower compare to normal shopping complex. So after buying a few imported chocolate and when i cameback and went to Cold Storage at Summit, Subang, i found that their dark cocoa about the same price with duty free shop in Lcct. ONLY cheaper by 9 cent Others like Swiss thin is cheaper about RM0.70. So it's actualy aint that cheap in duty free shop. What do u think?

Price is not as important as quality. Good chocs are much better. If you try the Belgian ones at MidValley, you can really taste the difference.

Those operators at airports have smaller customer base and probably pay higher rentals than other retailers in town. So I am not surprised there isn't much difference in price.

not that cheap..even tho tax free. They have to pay expensive rental fees. so..do ur own maths. If got any chances to visit langkawi, buy choc there..much more cheaper than at the lcct or klia..(imported cadbury in lcct, klia rm17-18. In Langkawi, same brand choc..u can get 2 at the same price!)..u can even find lots of imported brand there.
