i would consider skin resurfacing procedures, those which consider "mild" from cosmetic surgery point of view. but shoving silicon under my skin is no for me. but i'm not against people for doing so to boost their confidence and reconstruct their physical appearance and improve emotional life =)

nowadays its not just the ladies are doing but guys have more guts to do it because of the pain tolerance.
