hey..just wana ask..why when i rev the car till 6k rpm...1.1-1.3rpm will produce some rough sound..something like lorry sound...but then i open n slam the front bonnet..the sound gone.... ..wth is the problem??...SC also .....something lose?...

what noise?..care to share?.... oh yea..my fuel meter drop very noticeably...is there any problem?..like i pump full.it shows full bar...then after a while the meter start to drop abit....

hey..hows the soundproof u did?...got improvement??..quieter??..im planning to do...so if i soundproof the bonnet will engine sound reduce??

use rain x...it works perfectly...even when heavy rain. visibility still good..

hey..recently when i accelerate the car around 1.1-2000rpm there will be like something vibration/rough sound/nt smooth....SC cant solve it...but if i slam the bonnet hardly..the sound gone..but will be back after 90km/ heavy revving...i can feel the pedal vibrate slightly as well...shit..la...must slam the bonnet to solve it...

ok..do let me know and others when u gt it rectify.... and how many liters of engine oil does persona consume?...my foreman pour until da dipstick show at the full line..ngam ngam...coz he say not 4liters/full bottle...but if pour too much also will make da car accelerate heavy rite?...and too little?...so i've check the dipstick it shows ngam ngam at the full line...so no problem rite?...

that is aircond pipe...its normal...btw..i just tested 0-100km got 12.17sec..using automatic and shift gear by gear...before i was using 15/w50 engine oil and fully used up 4liters got 13.91sec....but after i changed to 10/40w 3.7liters felt lighter.. ..

yea..dont worry..the pipe is use to flow out the aircond water..

oh..can it be use in persona?..currently using 10-40w after using 2 twice 15-50w...feel that 40w more pickup n engine smoother..and also..can changing lighter engine improve topspeed?..as i know persona hard to climb after 170km..automatic

hey 500bucks only for the bonnet?..mine also got chip off cause by stones... ....i think is cause by the cheap paint...so i guess by spraying this extra layer it wont be so easily to chip off...even my other car got no problem chip off by stones....where is the paint shop?

so anywhere can i buy touch up paints for idesent white?....nearby pyramid area? or subang?......

hmm..persona save oil on highway cruise...city drive ok ok...but myvi should be better in terms on oil saving if u driving in town...2day pump full tank drove to subang @ 80km..meter just drop abit..

Added on October 7, 2008, 12:49 amaiya..because its a proton mah.. thats why ppl kutuk...if gen2 with toyota logo..ppl dont even complaint the low roof problem.. its all of brand..for me persona is a good car, comfort,nvh, on par with vios...the door slamming also has improved, more solid sound..i think persona is the quietest car ever produce by proton...if u guys drive waja 1st badge...then u will know the quietness...

hey what brake pads u guys use for persona?...original or other brand u guys using? i just changed to schmaco..damn after found that press abit wont makan...is it still bedding in?..bought ystdy....

anytime also can ...but mostly after 1st service....then can exercise ur right foot more often and listening to the rev sound...vroooooooommmmmmm
