Anyone know the color code ar??? I afraid if go for outside workshop the color paint out is different, then will be headache

hmm.. i know it is outside, just want know which location, is there in any shopping complex basement parking n so on..so next time , we will be more alert and avoid this thing to be happen...

nowaday ppl are getting more n more *@4#$%$^. for no reason they go scratch ur car.

Don't worry, is not shoping complex parking, is housing enviroment.... becoz opposite gt a flat, and gt a lot of indian and malay guys come out at nite and gather around there... but not pointing should be them, is just someone gatal to make this....

I took my car just less then a week...one idiot Myvi who park at the side crashed into my rear & drive off b4 I'll able to stop her. Its just 1 week...so I took the car to the workshop on my own to get it align first (mudguard) then send over to an auto paint shop to get it respray 2K paint. They will know the appropriate paint & the total it cost me RM130 (RM30 for mudguard). Now back to normal. Sorry to say SC wont do that for ..they will send to thier panel workshop & get it with higher cost. Its not cover under warranty so no worry..drive to teh desired workshop to get its resprayed. Likely it cost less then RM100.00. They will consealed the scratch. They are expert. Take only 1 day.

Go to the realiable auto spray workshop & long establsbished. Go to the insurance panel claimant workshop..your bill will double.

if someone ever scratch my car..
i make sure his hands will be broken into 2...

Anyone here fixed any additional anti-theft thing to your persona? I was approach by a car accessories fellow during my service in SC.
He got three things:-
1) metal bracket to fix at all the four door knob to avoid metal ruler to open ur car door. (RM200)
2) pedal lock vf disconnecter to start ur car. This is permanently fix below ur steering. jus pull a "handle" and lock vf a key then ur pedal is lock n u can't start ur car. (RM380)
3) Change a new set of "special" key which i was told is vry difficult to duplicate. (RM200)

Any comment on those gadgets n price?

hah ahah..... i just fixed steering lock cost RM11.90. Thts good enough

i thought our carkey got immobilizer?
if ur key issnt the same ur car wont start up.
our key basically has a communication chipset in it.
when u plug it in ur key hole, it will get signal and unlock ur car from immobilizer?
so we still need this so called "special key"??

Yes it is true. no need infact. Just for additional can fix any extra lock...but not replacing the one we have......

i'm doubt about proton on the immobilizer thing. if you say imported car eg. nissan then i might agree coz i do encounter b4 with a duplicate key (duplicate from normal key maker) and it totally spoilt the immobilizer. need to send back to nissan centre to get it replace and it cost RM700

as for me i just get a good steering lock

i do have steering lock..
if for security i think...the anti metal ruler thing and the security tint is enough

Me too think the 3rd item is not necessary. However the new persona don't come vf the immobilizer, but i was told by the SC ppl that the key come vf a chip embedded inside. so only those key can be use to start the car. if we lost the key, we need to change the whole set.

from what i read from the car manual.
if u lost the key u should have a spare key...
with the spare key there should be a set of number craft on a small metal plate.
u bring that to the SC they will reset the number of ur car and ur keys...
thats all...i don think need to change another 1.

3rd thing no nid, useless.. our car is oledi equipped with immobilizer, oledi hard to duplicate also...

my sc also told about the key things. so it's immobiliser eh.. gud gud..

my reverse sensor sound is very soft.. normal or not?

The reverse sensor sound surpose to be Soft in persona model
I think someone just do some modification on the location of the sensor.
something like moving it upper than the current location... im not very sure..
mayb anyone can share..

the sensor is soft bcoz its located under ur spare tyre, my member said...

to make it louder, juz put it somewhere else...
