my current case becoming more and more interesting.
today my "dearest" Salesmen from proton Dealer called me
said is to "check" my persona status, and ask me to intro to his shop if anyone want to buy.
when i ask about my gps navigator which i-care already discuss with them.
so this saleman very clever give me a very "good answer"
he said: "we got around 100 unit of persona don hav gps navigator, and u tell proton i-care u already received ur gps navigator."
he thought he is dealing with a kidagarden kid, sorry man im a college graduates. and im worked 2 years in services and management industry.
can u all believe what he told me?? I was LOLX and LMAO, I was so "happy" he give me this "kind of solution".
I already comfirm with proton i-care, proton live(from proton website) and some other proton dealers. that ALL persona H-line comes with GPS navigator....i donno how he make up this 100 unit doesnt have gps and ask me to lie to proton. he as a dealer of proton and his is providing
dishonest services.
I called I-care and make an official complaint to a officer and he will take to his high management to kautim with this dealer.
If anything happen to me and my car, i will post here again.
I wont post the dealer name unless they give further bull shit solutions.
If the Salesman happened to be in this thread, please come out with a good solution.
dishonest service, ask customer to lie to proton, make bad impression to their boss(proton)
