About the alarm sound I will try it later, I found out that there is a button infront of the "alarm reset switch" What is that mean? I could not understand what it wrote in the manual.

I found out that actually the alarm will automatically lock the car if after 30sec unlock, but my car didnt unlock it, how to set it back?

if u leave the car for 30 seconds without opening the door, it will unlock itself

if u open the door, the 30 sec rule will not work

Ya, but I have close all the door to try it, it doesnt unlock the car automatically. I am just curious why it doesn't unlock the car.

Is it the handbreak is pull and the autamatic lock will disable?

The original alarm is it come with immobilizer??

dunno, but im always pulled my handbrake..

our car key is the immobilizer itself, iianm

what is immobilizer ??? whts tht means? what advantage in persona alarm system? does it vary to b , m , h line models

it means, without our car key, the car cannot start.. even the car can b start by other method, it will shut down the car by itself in certain range from our key location..

i think almost new models from proton all using this key immobilizer...

When I first get my car, the automatica lock works, but after that not work....

I duno which part goes wrong or I press something to reset it oledi....

The front board from the CD player there, there is a alarm reset switch, when u press it, it will open all the door, but I dun think is for unlock door, it that related with the automatic lock system???

go to SC to complain, they will fixed it..

tht switch is to neutralize the alarm if the alarm is activated, iianm.. but tht thing also can b used to open the door hehe

if my gf wants to open the door, i juz tell her to press tht switch

If have no sound means it's not Proton, even my waja after 1 year sounds appear..

what u mean by some other method? got other method to start car meh??? are u mean the trick being used by thieves??? anyway... so can we say that proton now days have high security system???? hard to be to steal right???

of coz lor, thieves hav many ways to steal a car

i can say yeah, its not the best, but still acceptable alarm system.. but to b safer, its a no harm to install other things to make our car safer rite?

Like those dashboard rattling, it's very risky to open it up and check..This might end up with other unwanted sound.

Yea true also.... i saw few types of steering lock... which will be best suits for persona.... very budgetted too... suggess tme....

nothing much, juz a normal mod for my b-line

sport rims, speakers, little diy for my babe
i cant do much for my car, or later my fiancee will get mad at me

well, the rattling prob is bcoz proton cars dun hav 'pelapik' inside our dashboard, thts y the rattling sound occurs, as some foreman said...

unlike other cars, they hav some 'pelapik' to cover up the rattling sounds

n yeah, with good ICE the rattling sound is not a problem

steering lock is juz to delay the time they steal ur car, nothing much they can do

some SC hav tht anti theft system installed at door, dunno wht its called, but i nvr installed it, dun hav time

also got pedal lock, the one which locks ur foot pedal..

if urs is juz a normal car, juz normal anti theft lock is sufficient, hi end alarm also can if u wan

but if ur car is the one tht stand out too much, like too many mods n stuffs, better install hi end alarm system for better safety

anyway, pray first b4 leaving ur car, is a good method too to avoid car theft, in a spiritual way

What is ICE?? about the foot pedal lock, r u meaning that the one can take out? or the one install inside the foot pedal which cannot take it out?
