its normal for new car bro~ smile.gif
sooner ur FC will be lower, after 1st or 2nd service den it will be stable
now my mileage is 16K+ and the FC is around 7.3L/100KM
high way drive will be around 6.4L/100KM
can said as quite a good FC vehicle for 1.6cc car

Hulkboy advise new car owners to monitor progress of your FC. It will normally improves once it reach 2nd service > 5,000km. Let your car runs smoothly 1st. For many who just got into automobile world...it is norm that FC within 1,000km is relatively high.

GG... My 1.92 petrol left 1/4 .. Going to pump it tomorrow sad.gif Normally I pump around RM68-RM70 where the Oil light is ON .. Now I dont know how much it gonna take me ..Maybe around RM90-100.

Oh ya , biggest problem I encounter now is Central Locking problem ..It auto-lock when I unlock it , causing many inconveniency to me ..God damm .

Fuel consumption still high for me now , RM68-70 oil can go until 350-400km only cry.gif [Got rev until 4-5k+ sometimes]. Total Mileage is 3.5k ..Looking forward for 2nd service and hope it will get better wink.gif

why in the world did you left your car key inside the car and walk away? luckily the car was locked rather than driven away by a thief! rclxub.gif

cant compare like that lah~
each country dif policy dif price
for example:
you work in SG, ur salary SGD2,000, u pay SGD1.90+ / L petrol
you work in M'sia, ur salary RM2,000, u pay RM2.70/L petrol
u c the different?
some more not to be forgotten, M'sia is one of the country who produce oil, not like other Asian country.

u can try by ur self..

when u r in a car, try open the door n with ur handbrake pulled.. when u close it again, the door will not auto lock...

n try do the same thing but without pulling the handbrake... the door will autolock...

i tried my car both the handbrake n brake... with juz the brake, it will still lock the car.. but if i pulled my handbrake, the car will not autolock...

no, i don't think so. coz our petrol price is not cheap. don't get fooled by the statement "our petrol price is still cheapest in the region". i live in MY, you get paid in RM, and pay petrol RM2.7/l. u live in UK, get paid in £ and pay petrol £1.2/l (just example) our living cost is high yet average wage is very low.

ya~ i agree
just like the statement that
u get paid in RM2K in M'sia pay Rm2.70 for petrol
u get paid in £2K in UK but pay £Rm1.20 for petrol
u c the different?

if really to compare the petrol price with other country, to prove the statement that "our petrol price is still cheapest in the region". Improve our living standard lah, increase our salary lah. den i will agree that "our petrol price is still cheapest in the region"!!

place like taiwan..there petrol also hike recently. but they got 1 good part is....every packet of items or food or snacks..they will put a whole country fixed price...so they cant simply sell the item with the price they like..for example...coke...some places selling 1.50 some 2.50...but in taiwan..the item will put for example..200..u can below that price but not lower then that. i think whether is malaysia got petrol anot really doesnt matters..because the petrol we having not suitable for cars..(thats what i heard). just blame on someone who is buying future petrols...
