hi guys,

my persona's speakers are giving me a headache. sometimes when i play music, the speakers give out a saturated sound, even at low volume. other times if i'm lucky, i blast the volume to the max also no problem! any idea whats wrong? the problem is very random

there is 2 step, apply force firmly will scroll down manually according ur needs and press harder it will go down automatic completely... just like the digital camera shutter button
or urs 1 is faulty 1

proton change to a better speaker... more clear sound

I thought only headset give me this kind of problem, yup my laptop headset.....so it could be the speakers and yes the problem is very random, when the volume is in full blast you wont hear the distortion.

So did u apply to the scratches? How's the result?
Same with original colour???


What I did is change front speaker to Sony component set & Sony 3 way 6x9 speaker.
Dont have enough budget for amp yet. Maybe will add on my list for sub-woofer also.
Now the sounds better then stock...
I'm thinking also to upgrade the HU but the control button at steering wheel can't work
with others HU...

I did apply on it & it is the same colour but of course if compare to original, the surface is a bit rough co I use brush. Well at least my car wont get rust after apply the AutoSpa

So its the speakers fault? changing the speakers will help? I'm afraid the problem is not in the speakers..then I would have wasted money. One more question, is the sound system under warranty ah? Can ask the SC to change for me?

anyone knows who long as the Persona SE will be available on the road... i am still waiting..

at first, the salesman told me, 2 months b4 i buy

then after everything is approved, he told me, i have to wait for 1 month only.

Basically, i dont believe what salesman said.. i had a lot of bad experience with the car dealer.. none of them can be trusted. ( sorry if i offence any car dealer here)

It works! I just press the window button about 2 seconds and the window going down automatically.

Btw, is it true it is not recommend to open your window fully down? There is some issues will happen like the window got stuck when we want it to go up.

W00t....I better go claim....not much money to install aftermarket one yet haha...btw u guys know how much those aftermarket ones cost?
for the same size speakers...preferably from those reputable brands like pioneer or alpine etc etc?

What tinted brand do you guys use on your Persona car? I heard 3M is better than AirCool and VKool. Not sure though which one to choose. My budget is around RM500 - RM750.

below 1k, couldnt get v-kool. not sure about 3M

After touchup, wait for 1week let the paint cure..
If the surface is rough, apply some abrasive polish to flatten the surface, finish with wax to protect, the surface is slick...

ori 5" only wor if wanna upgrade install the 6"... the sound also better and u can get it for about 100~ 200 oledi

but dun get v-kool 1 coz there is a thread here saying bout their poor service

Persona speakers bad meh? Mine is the high line. Sound quite good ma. Maybe my ears getting worse? Hmm...

For tinting, if can afford, go for 3M Crystalline lor. V.nice.

hey..recently when i accelerate the car around 1.1-2000rpm there will be like something vibration/rough sound/nt smooth....SC cant solve it...but if i slam the bonnet hardly..the sound gone..but will be back after 90km/ heavy revving...i can feel the pedal vibrate slightly as well...shit..la...must slam the bonnet to solve it...

not bad lar but the sound not hardcore enough... still better than puny vivi

mine also same at 1.8k rpm, like the bonnet cover hitting something but i m not complaining much as this is a local cars
