Help needed in acoustic pickup, no sound coming out from my guitar

Bought my first acoustic guitar wit pickup last year around October. It is Ashton brand. I rarely use the pickup as I dont have any amp. so recently i try to jack it in to my pc to try out some recording. I found tat the pickup is not working anymore (it still working when i juz bought it). I tried wit my HiFi and yet the result still the same even i changed the cable. So is it possible to repair the pickup or i have to buy another new pickup? and how much is it?

you can send it to ck music in jalan imbi and let 'em take a look.
i bought a pickup from pertama complex sometimes ago. they're kinda cheaper compare to those in sungei wang plaza.
not sure if those shop still around though.....
