hi bro, wanna ask...

my car (iswara) steering is original steering...
now the steering condition is very bad...
now the rubber already torn out and exposed the hard plastic inside (or metal i don't know)...
right now i using selotape to keep them together...
can wrap this kind of steering or not? if can how much?
