My area has been experience 'brownouts' recently where voltage will drop then rise.
Enough to make my harddrive shutdown and spin up instantly and reboot the system, causing very it to be unstable.
I need to stop this or else it will kill my drive fast.
I need a recommended UPS that is under rm 120, and wonder if it will prevent the problem of brown outs.
Not too concerned with how long it will stay on in case of full blackout, I just want a real steady UPS regulated supply, giving enough of time to save/shutdown nicely instead of abrupt termination.

Reliable one you try APC. IF not, RightPower seems to be OK...
