Core Temp vs RealTemp, which one give an accurate reading?

question here...
is these normal?? 
im using TRUE 120.. these are the temps on stock core... even on my I45 CPU temp LED is showing 42c... is there something wrong here?? hsf are tighten to the max... when OCed to 4.0ghz 450x9 1.29v, idle temp is around 50c+ and load at 83c... penin alreadi looking at the temp...  |
